Job summary
Yachad, a program of the Orthodox Union, seeks a Director of Finance / Divisional Controller to lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning for NCSY across National, Summer, and regional operations. - Senior finance leadership with monthly close ownership.
- Experience in a multi-program or nonprofit environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the finance team across National, Summer, and regional operations.
- Own annual budget across National, Summer, and Regions; prepare materials for senior management.
- Ensure accurate monthly close and variance reporting with actionable updates.
- Run quarterly revenue and expense forecasting; surface risks and opportunities.
- Support grants and fundraising with financial information and reporting.
