Job summary

You will oversee budgeting, grants management with public funders, internal controls, IT alignment, and staff development, partnering with the ED and Board to ensure long-term sustainability and expanded program impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Master’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial systems, strategies, policies and procedures to drive sustainability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning with timely reporting.
• Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to leadership and Board.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and grant requirements, including government funding.
• Oversee IT strategy, data security, and infrastructure supporting finance operations.
