Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 10+ years of senior-level accounting experience (Director/Controller/CFO level).
• 10+ years of nonprofit experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting proficiency.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for nonprofit clients with strategic financial guidance.
• Lead full-cycle accounting: statements, cash management, budgeting, and grants.
• Prepare and deliver timely financial reports to clients.
• Present financial insights to finance committees and boards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management for engagements.
• Mentor staff and manage multiple client engagements.
