Targa Resources is seeking an Inventory and Scheduling Analyst for TLMT, based in Houston, TX. The role coordinates production and distribution of gas liquids heavies across facilities and serves a broad customer base including blends, condensate, and refineries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong mathematical / quantitative skills.
• Able to handle multiple assignments with priorities.
• Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Excel for quantitative analysis.
• Occasional 24 x 7 coverage to respond to customers.

Responsabilités

• Develop and coordinate product distribution strategies with Marketing Representatives.
• Maintain plant, refinery and terminal inventory forecasts and monitor inventory levels.
• Optimize rail and truck shipments based on customer demand; schedule shipments to fulfill orders.
• Leverage Targa assets to provide customers with optimal logistics support.
• Evaluate logistic synergies with railcars, trucks and transloading.
• Coordinate heavies financial close activities with accounting and assist customers with month-end exchanges and nominations.
• Schedule butane blending windows to maintain terminal inventories and coordinate with transport contractors.
• Provide prompt responses to customer and supplier schedule and delivery changes.
• Produce and distribute delivery schedules to production facilities and transport providers.
• Develop plans with Transport Dispatchers to maximize service and asset utilization.
• Lead freight rate, orders and reconciliations; support AR across condensate and heavies marketing.
• Occasional visits to plants, refineries and customer facilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
