Job summary

Radius Recycling, Inc. in Auburn, ME seeks the Recycling Operations NF Manager (RONFM) to ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental regulations and to oversee nonstop NF receiving and processing.

You will lead a team, coordinate with the commercial department, develop SOPs, manage equipment, and drive efficiency while maintaining regulatory standards and a safe workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 5+ years in metal recycling preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NF Materials Grading and related safety practices.
• Valid driver's license and ability to supervise teams.

Responsibilities

• Directs NF receiving and processing operations to meet daily goals.
• Develops and enforces H&S SOPs in line with regulations.
• Coordinates with commercial and other departments for workflow.
• Manages budgeting, inventory, and maintenance planning.
