Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical management or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of work experience in related roles.
• TS/SCI with Poly clearance required.
• Experience budgeting, resource allocation, and timelines for large projects.
• Familiar with MS Project, Jira and ServiceNow PPM; Agile/Waterfall methods.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented.
• Mentor junior members; ITSM tools experience helpful.
• PMP or other project management certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of network recapitalization projects.
• Develop and manage plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, vendors, and IT.
• Manage vendor relationships; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and scope changes.
• Report progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership.
• Adhere to security, regulatory, and organizational processes.
