Job summary

CACI is seeking an experienced Network Recapitalization Project Manager to lead the recapitalization of our network infrastructure. You will oversee strategic planning, execution, and delivery of upgrades with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and vendors.

The role requires a TS/SCI with Poly clearance, 7+ years of experience, and strong budgeting and project-management skills. Travel up to 10% across the Continental US and collaboration with senior leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical management, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of work related experience.
• TS/SCI with Poly required.
• Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management for large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of network recapitalization projects aligned with business goals.
• Develop and manage project plans including schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones and manage risks.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate project documentation (scope, timelines, budgets, requirements).
• Report project status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement for network efficiency and performance.
