Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of designing and implementing data-driven process improvements.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience; Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives on network speed and capacity optimization.
• Improve processes and network design across units.
• Balance supply and demand; improve distribution network efficiency.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for efficiency and CX.
• Define metrics and program management to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to align goals.
• Manage cross-functional network capacity programs end-to-end.
• Identify opportunities in inventory, logistics strategy, transport.
• Monitor key network capacity metrics to ensure smooth flow.
