Job summary

AutoNation in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Director of Network Services to define and execute the enterprise network strategy across corporate, retail, cloud, data center, and telephony environments. You will drive multi-year roadmaps, governance, KPIs, and operational excellence while partnering with Information Security and Finance.

This role leads modernization programs including SD-WAN, automation, and observability, ensures resiliency and business continuity, and guides vendor

Qualifications

5-8 years hands-on Networking/Voice experience.
5+ years in people leadership in large enterprise.
CCNA/CCNE/CCIE certifications preferred.
Experience with Cisco Cloud Voice/Contact Center/Zscaler/Palo Alto/Aruba Wireless/Cisco Switching.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise network strategy and multi-year roadmap.
Lead network operations across corporate, retail, cloud, telecommunications, and data center environments.
Establish governance, standards, KPIs, SLAs, and operational excellence frameworks.
Direct modernization initiatives including SD-WAN, cloud networking, automation, and observability.
Ensure network resiliency, business continuity, and capacity planning.
Partner with Information Security to implement network security controls and risk mitigation.
Lead vendor negotiations, contract management, and strategic partnerships.
Build and develop a high-performing organization through coaching and workforce development.
