Job summary

TDI Technologies, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to provide technical, administrative, and operational leadership for the PMS 339 contract. You will oversee 100+ training projects under STAVE and RRL portfolios, ensuring training solutions meet Navy standards and Sailor readiness.

You will coordinate with NAVSEA and other stakeholders, manage cost, schedule, and risk, and lead a distributed team across multiple locations. U.S. citizenship and Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum fifteen (15) years of program and financial support experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of Navy Training Systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level program management support to PMS 339, including presentations, briefings, strategic planning initiatives.
• Lead and supervise TDI technical employees at various locations, ensuring effective task execution.
• Support PMS 339 in developing products for SWTC, STAVE IPTs, and other stakeholder meetings, including digital media and presentation materials.
• Prepare, review, and maintain program briefings, agendas, point papers, recommendations, and spreadsheet analyses.
• Oversee cost, schedule, performance, and risk related to training development and delivery, and mitigate risks.
