Job summary

TDI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Program Management Analyst (ANM1) to provide junior-level support to the Surface Training Systems Program Office (PMS 339).

You will assist in strategic planning, program analysis, financial management, and stakeholder coordination for surface training platforms that educate Navy Sailors. Qualifications

• Junior program management support experience or exposure in DoD/Navy environments.
• Ability to develop presentations, briefings, and digital media for meetings.
• Familiarity with cost, schedule, and risk tracking basics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing presentations, briefings, and digital media products for SWTC meetings and STAVE IPTs.
• Prepare and update databases, naval messages, presentations, agendas, briefings, point papers, and spreadsheet analyses.
• Support the drafting, review, and analysis of program documentation under supervision.
• Coordinate meeting schedules and assist with logistical arrangements for briefings.
• Assist in drafting and maintaining program briefings and presenter notes.
