Job summary
RTX is seeking a Director for Navy and Marine Corps Programs based in Arlington, VA, to lead strategic engagement with the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard.
The role partners with Collins Aerospace and other RTX SBUs to shape investment profiles, capture strategies, and budget-aware solutions across PPBE processes, while building executive relationships.
Hybrid work arrangement with travel up to 25% and a strong focus on strategic leadership, customer alignment, and program execution.
Qualifications
- University degree and extensive Navy/Marine Corps experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
- 15+ years operational Navy/Marine Corps experience.
- Experience with Navy/Marine Corps Pentagon staff.
- Knowledge of DoD requirements development and budgeting processes (DoD PPBE).
Responsibilities
- Lead engagement with Navy/Marine Corps and Coast Guard customers in the Washington, D.C. area.
- Develop investment profiles, capture strategies, and program plans to address capability gaps.
- Coordinate across RTX Collins SBUs to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- Represent Collins/RTX in gate reviews, strategy workshops, and pursuit activities.
- Mentor and guide business development teams on Navy/DoD priorities and funding trends.
