Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a National Procurement Support in Batavia, IL to assist in sourcing non-merchandise equipment, services and displays. The role supports national and international procurement, contract management, and supplier relationships.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in procurement, a relevant associate degree, and strong SAP Ariba/MS Excel skills. Hybrid work allows up to 3 remote days per week with in-office attendance required at least 2 days.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years in procurement, sourcing or related field.
• Proficient in SAP Ariba and MS Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Hybrid work capability, Batavia, IL.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement plan aligned with sourcing strategy.
• Coordinate full end-to-end procurement process including RFPs and contracts.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and suggest improvements.
• Use procurement levers to reduce total cost of ownership.
• Develop and maintain reporting for category strategy.
