Responsibilities

• Lead annual business planning with trade funds deployment and promotion evaluation.
• Participate in key account reviews and new item presentations.
• Drive results through strategic account planning and Sales Effectiveness capabilities.
• Develop Joint Business Plans and digital marketing programs with the retailer.
• Ensure compliance with trade management, deductions, and record retention policies.
• Collaborate to improve retail distribution conditions and category performance.
• Build long-term value with the retailer through strong customer relationships.
