Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales, customer service, or business development experience.
• Experience with national accounts or key account management.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Valid U.S. driver license and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with assigned national accounts and prospect accounts.
• Create and manage strategic plans to meet volume and margin objectives.
• Use joint business planning to create mutual value for strategic customers.
• Identify opportunities for category penetration, product mix upgrades, and margin improvement.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Marketing to drive growth.
• Communicate effectively with end users and cross-functional teams to navigate logistics challenges.
