Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services in Columbus, OH is seeking a Corporate Real Estate Manager responsible for managing the real estate portfolio across multiple states. The role reports to the Director of Property Management within the Corporate Real Estate Department.

You will lead lease negotiations, coordinate site selections, remodels, and related capital expenditures, while coordinating with Finance, Risk and Legal. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business or related field required
• Five+ years in corporate real estate or related management
• Two+ years of lease negotiation and real estate administration experience

Responsibilities

• Manages and tracks leases; coordinates renewals, relocations, splits, new locations
• Negotiates lease agreements including terms and rent conditions
• Assists business operations in site selections and construction coordination
• Manages portfolio of commercial and residential properties including buying and selling real estate
• Develops and facilitates real estate related capex requests and procurement of furniture, fixtures and equipment
• Utilizes lease administration system to maintain lease data, generate reports and analyses
• Coordinates with Finance, Risk, Legal on real estate matters
• Assists in remodel/renovation and tenant improvement projects
• Coordinates office moves and vacating inspections
• Serves as escalation point for landlord disputes
• Travel 50%
