Job summary

CFS in Massachusetts is seeking a Multi-Entity Accounting Manager to own the consolidation and financial reporting across 30+ entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP. You will partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury and local teams to drive consistency and data quality.

You will lead and develop the accounting team, manage intercompany eliminations and multi-currency activity, and support the integration of newly acquired entities in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Strong multi-entity accounting and consolidation experience.
• Experience with intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
• CPA or Master’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidation and financial reporting process across 30+ reporting entities.
• Review entity financials, reconciliations, intercompany activity, and consolidation entries.
• Manage intercompany eliminations and multi-currency activity.
• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close across multiple entities.
• Support the integration of newly acquired entities.
• Improve reporting templates, accounting systems, processes, and data accuracy.
• Partner with local accounting teams and corporate leadership to resolve reporting issues.
• Work cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and other finance teams.
• Lead and develop accounting team members.
