Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Category Leader for MRO on site in Casa Grande, AZ. You will own MRO subcategories, shape supplier strategy, and drive cost and service improvements across a North American manufacturing network.

Lead end-to-end sourcing events, negotiate terms, and partner with plant leaders to deliver sustainable savings while balancing strategic initiatives and daily operations. This role offers executive exposure and significant ownership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Materials Management, or Supply Chain.
Minimum of seven years of professional experience, including at least two in MRO or similar industrial categories.
Master's degree in business or a technical field preferred.
Willingness to travel across Kohler sites.

Responsibilities

Shape and execute category strategies for assigned MRO subcategories across Kohler plants.
Lead end-to-end sourcing events from analysis to negotiations and implementation with measurable targets.
Own supplier relationships, contract strategy, and performance management to improve value and service.
Drive transformation in a complex MRO environment balancing strategy with real-time issue resolution.
Partner with plant leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate sourcing improvements.
