Job summary

Prysmian is seeking an experienced MRO Commodity Manager in Highland Heights, KY. You will manage sourcing activities, oversee MRO service providers, and build strategic relationships to support global procurement initiatives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in strategic sourcing or CAPEX procurement, plus SAP ERP proficiency and about 50% travel. Join a team focused on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, finance, operations management or a related field.
5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, project management, or related fields.
Proficient with ERP systems (SAP).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute MRO sourcing strategies to reduce costs and standardize processes.
Lead supplier management activities, conduct performance reviews, track KPIs and drive improvements.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, service levels, inventory programs, and terms.
Optimize MRO inventory in partnership with plant teams to improve working capital.
Serve as the primary procurement partner for MRO, managing over $150M in annual spend.
