Qualifications

• Associate degree in supply chain, business, procurement, operations, or related field.
• Three or more years of purchasing, materials, inventory, or supply chain experience.
• Knowledge of MRO materials, purchasing practices, supplier negotiation, procure‑to‑pay.
• Experience using ERP, EAM, or CMMS and MS Excel.
• Ability to interpret purchase specifications, BOMs, technical descriptions, and vendor quotes.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven SAP proficiency is must have.

Responsibilities

• Purchase MRO materials, spare parts, consumables, equipment, rentals, and repair services in accordance with requisitions and budgets.
• Create, issue, expedite, revise, and close purchase orders with pricing, delivery, and documentation details.
• Support urgent plant needs by sourcing critical items while maintaining approvals and records.
• Coordinate purchasing for preventive maintenance, capital projects, turnarounds, and outages.
• Resolve order discrepancies, damaged shipments, returns, and three‑way match issues with suppliers and AP.
