Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Senior Product Owner– Servicing to bridge vision and delivery within mortgage servicing. You will own the product roadmap, translate complex needs into actionable requirements, and ensure features align with customer value and business goals.

You will also validate deliverables through rigorous UAT, document BRDs, and maintain traceability from BRDs to test scripts, collaborating with configuration teams and vendors to ensure timely, quality releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of mortgage servicing operations experience with subservicer management
• Experience prioritizing subservicer backlogs and SLAs
• Familiarity with servicing system integrations and escrow requirements

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into actionable product features and epics
• Maintain backlog with user stories and tasks
• Define clear acceptance criteria for stories
• Lead backlog refinement and agile ceremonies
• Serve as primary requirements contact for development and configuration teams
• Protect the team from scope creep and negotiate sprint scope
• Document BRDs with traceability to BRDs and UAT scripts
