Job summary

Qualifications

3–5 years in mortgage lending, loan processing, underwriting, closing, or related mortgage operations.
Sales experience preferred with relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of mortgage loan structures and Non-QM products.

Responsibilities

Evaluate loan scenarios and identify opportunities to restructure loans to meet eligibility requirements.
Coordinate loan restructures by reviewing borrower qualifications, loan terms, and documentation.
Conduct high-cost loan reviews to identify potential compliance concerns and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
Review and follow up on loan cancellation requests with relevant teams.
Collaborate with underwriting, sales, closing, and operations to resolve loan issues and facilitate funding.
