Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Modular Planner/Analyst to join the Walmart Category Advisory Team. You will own recurring reports, analyze data from Walmart Scintilla, Circana, and internal sources, and transform insights into actionable recommendations.

The role covers modular execution from planogram development through final delivery, aligned with Walmart processes and deadlines. You will collaborate with the Strategic Category Advisor to shape category strategy, respond to brief requests, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years in space planning, modular planning, category management, or retail analytics.
• Hands-on experience creating planograms with JDA / Blue Yonder.
• Experience using Walmart Scintilla and Circana or NielsenIQ.
• Proficient in Excel for large data sets.
• Knowledge of assortment, clustering, space allocation, and modular design.

Responsibilities

• Translate merchant strategy and assortments into shelf solutions.
• Execute modular relays, line reviews, and category resets on time.
• Apply modular design to improve shoppability and item visibility.
• Create and maintain Walmart modulars with space-planning software.
• Use Scintilla, Circana or NielsenIQ data to assess productivity and opportunities.
• Deliver recurring category reporting on sales, market share, and shopper behavior.
• Collaborate with the Strategic Category Advisor on reporting and recommendations.
• Maintain organized modular files, assumptions, and version control.
• Coordinate with third-party drawing resources during peak modular windows.
• Support post-modular measurement and process improvements.
• Build Excel-based tools to track modular performance and QC.
• Manage multiple priorities with confidentiality and clear communication.
