• 12+ years of related work experience with leadership in mining operations.
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams in mining, milling/processing, and maintenance.
• Ability to develop safety policies, procedures, and organizational development programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical and persuasive skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term strategies for mine, processing, asset management, and geology functions.
• Manage site resources, budgets, and cost forecasting; allocate priorities.
• Oversee performance metrics and drive continuous improvement and safety culture.
• Prepare business cases and reports for senior leaders and stakeholders.
