A leading mining company is seeking a Business Support Manager (Controller) to oversee strategic and operational functions at the Kettle River Operations. The role involves managing resources, budgeting, compliance with regulations, and process improvements in a dynamic environment. A degree in Finance or Accounting and 8+ years of experience, preferably in the mining sector, are required. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential for ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in business operations, finance, or administrative management.
• 5 years of proven experience managing employees and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, accounting, materials management, warehousing, and procurement.
• Familiarity with mining or industrial operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across IT, Supply Chain, and Finance functions.
• Manage human, financial, and operational resources ensuring efficiency and accountability.
• Formulate annual operating and capital budgets in conjunction with corporate Finance.
• Drive process improvements across administrative functions to enhance efficiency.
