Job summary

Solidus Resources seeks a Senior Maintenance Planner for our on-site Lovelock, NV mine. You will lead site-wide planning across mobile, electrical and fixed-plant maintenance, establish standards, mentor planners, and manage CMMS data and job plans.

You will develop schedules aligned with production priorities, oversee shutdown planning, and ensure availability of parts, tools and materials. Strong SAP CMMS expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or maintenance qualifications preferred.
• 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with 3+ years planning experience.
• Experience planning major shutdowns/outages in mining or heavy industry.
• Experience mentoring planners/trades personnel.
• Greenfield start-up, system implementation or union experience is a plus.
• CMRP, CPMM or similar maintenance certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead site work management from identification through close-out.
• Establish planning standards; review job plans and schedules for quality.
• Mentor maintenance planners and provide SAP guidance and training.
• Develop weekly, monthly and long-range schedules aligned with priorities.
• Lead shutdown, outage and capital maintenance planning.
• Ensure parts and tools are ordered and staged before work begins.
• Coordinate requisitions, lead times and spare-parts availability.
