RTX Corporate Communications is seeking a dynamic communications professional to join our team as the Manager of Military Engines Communications. Reporting to the Senior Director, you will manage campaigns, craft executive messaging, and drive strategic initiatives for Military Engines.

You will develop plans, coordinate across functions, and oversee editorial content, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and leadership communications across platforms.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experienc(e)

Responsibilities

• Lead Military Engines Fighter & Mobility Communications, supporting strategic campaigns and business objectives.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Military Engines Communications plan and narrative that aligns with the broader corporate and Military Engines business objectives.
• Manage the Military Engines Editorial plan in relation to campaigns and other Military Engines Communications.
• Provide executive communications support, including speechwriting, presentations, and briefing materials for senior leadership.
• Support Military Engines executive LinkedIn strategy, identifying opportunities to amplify messaging across platforms.
• Lead the planning and execution of special campaigns that promote Military Engines programs, milestones and achievements.
