Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise or solution architecture, cloud transformation, or migration programs.
• 5+ years designing and implementing large-scale migration and modernization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of application architectures, infrastructure, networking, security, and data management.
• Experience performing technology assessments, dependency analysis, and migration planning.
• Experience developing target-state architectures and transformation roadmaps.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and assessment activities to evaluate the current technology landscape.
• Define migration and transformation strategies aligned with business and technical objectives.
• Develop solution architectures, migration approaches, roadmaps, and transition plans.
• Analyze applications, infrastructure, integrations, and data dependencies to support migration planning.
• Identify project risks, assumptions, constraints, and mitigation strategies.
• Provide architectural guidance and governance throughout project execution.
• Support effort estimation, project planning, and delivery management activities.
• Review solution designs and implementation plans for adherence to standards.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and architecture reviews.
• Define testing, validation, and acceptance criteria for migration activities.
• Support knowledge transfer and operational readiness during project transition.
