Qualifications

• 3+ years cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL knowledge.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related field, or 3+ years of PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives within Amazon's various business units.
• Concentrate on optimizing and managing the flow of goods, information, or services within the supply chain network.
• Balance supply and demand, assess and improve the efficiency of mid term planning models.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experiences and operational efficiency in network capacity.
• Define metrics, develop program management mechanisms, and invent/simplify processes to drive decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to achieve shared network goals.
• Manage cross-functional supply chain initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and lean at scale.
• Own a portfolio of cross-functional programs related to network capacity and project delivery.
• Monitor and optimize key network capacity metrics for smooth flow of goods.
