Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a senior program leader to own strategic design and optimization of the hub network, connecting origins to destinations through the middle mile. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain Planning, Data Science, Product and Finance to drive capacity planning, topology changes, and scalable automation with a focus on speed, cost, and resilience across demand cycles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive the evolution of the middle mile network strategy by evaluating demand patterns, node launches, and expansions to inform scalability of connectivity.
• Establish and maintain design principles guiding decisions across speed, cost, and resilience trade-offs.
• Simulate and validate proposed network configurations against real-world variability for peak/non-peak periods.
• Build and maintain visibility mechanisms surfacing network performance insights to leadership for data-driven prioritization.
• Own the operational response framework for network disruptions and contingency routing.
• Partner across organizations to align on capital allocation, capacity planning, and design trade-offs.
• Ideate and sequence initiatives to simplify middle mile complexity and improve sortation efficiency.
