Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Bellevue, WA to lead end-to-end network design and mid-term capacity planning. You will drive optimization of the flow of goods and information across the Middle Mile, partnering with Finance, Operations, Product, and Transportation to deliver data-driven solutions.

You will build and track KPIs, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and own programs that improve network performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup) and SQL proficiency.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related field, or 3+ years in program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives within Amazon's various business units.
• Concentrate on optimizing and managing the flow of goods, information, or services within the supply chain network.
• Balance supply and demand, assess and improve the efficiency of mid term planning models.
• Analyze and synthesize data to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experiences and operational efficiency in network capacity.
• Define metrics, develop program management mechanisms, and invent/simplify processes to drive decision-making in complex situations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions, influencing and facilitating agreements to achieve shared network goals.
• Manage cross-functional supply chain initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and lean execution at scale.
• Own a portfolio of cross-functional programs related to network capacity and efficiency in project delivery.
• Monitor and optimize key network capacity metrics to ensure smooth flow of goods or services.
