Qualifications

• 7-10 years of proven management experience in healthcare or academic medical settings.
• Experience coordinating capstone, mentorship, and fellowship programs.
• Knowledge of HR, budgeting, and compliance in medical academia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the MHA capstone sequence and revised culminating experience.
• Align projects with program competencies and applied healthcare management practice.
• Support students in topic identification, sites, mentors, placements, and deliverables.
• Coordinate placement processes, site expectations, and student preparation; monitor progress and drive improvements.
• Lead development of a funded MHA fellowship program and identify additional post-graduate pathways.
• Advise students on course planning, program progression, and career readiness.
• Support recruitment, enrollment, and market positioning efforts for the MHA program.
