Qualifications

• 2 years’ merchandising, buying, financial planning, operations, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Merchandising.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; supplier negotiations; pricing; site merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Support merchants in supplier negotiations and manage purchase orders for assigned categories.
• Assist in resolving supplier issues and facilitate setup of new suppliers for stores and online channels.
• Own execution of customer communication and education programs in stores with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of product page content per taxonomy and search guidelines.
• Track category financial performance, support forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Develop category features and promotional strategies across channels.
• Leverage data analysis tools to generate insights and support decision-making.
• Support item setup, pricing recommendations, and modular assortment execution.
