You will translate long-range strategy into actionable financial and inventory plans, collaborating across Product, Commercial and Operations to align demand and execution. The role requires strong analytical ability and leadership in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in category or portfolio planning.
• Experience translating strategy into actionable financial and inventory plans.
• Strong understanding of retail P&L drivers and their impact on revenue, margins and inventory productivity.
• Advanced analytical capability with Excel and BI/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3–5 year category and channel strategies aligned to enterprise growth.
• Translate targets into category-level revenue, margin and portfolio plans.
• Manage SKU productivity, assortment architecture and lifecycle strategies.
• Monitor sales, margins and inventory to drive real-time buys, cancellations and reallocations.
• Lead cross-functional planning sessions (MBR, Open to Buy) and drive KPI-driven performance.
