Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise & long-range planning for category and channel strategies.
- Translate targets into category revenue, margin, and portfolio plans.
- Define SKU productivity targets and optimize assortment architecture.
- Monitor performance and align inventory flow with demand signals.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Merchandising, Commercial, Finance, Design, and Supply Chain.
