Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotions.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and planogram execution.
• Oversee truck processing, inventory routines, and backroom organization.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and store-floor leadership.
• Manage Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs, and ASN receiving.
• Train and develop team members across departments.
