Job summary

GALLS, LLC is the largest and fastest growing supplier of uniforms and equipment to public safety professionals, with a national presence in more than 80 locations. This role leads the merchandising strategy and assortment leadership across categories, driving growth and profitability through strategic planning and vendor partnerships.

The position follows a hybrid work arrangement, requiring in-office presence at the Lexington, KY location at least 8 days per month.

Qualifications

• Deep merchandising expertise with track record of high-performing teams and vendor partnerships.
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
• Experience in omnichannel retail, e-commerce, wholesale, or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise merchandising strategy aligned with financial and growth objectives.
• Establish category, assortment, pricing, and supplier strategies to drive sales and margins.
• Lead product lifecycle management including assortment planning, SKU optimization, and launches.
• Partner with vendors to negotiate contracts, rebates, and growth incentives.
• Drive strategic decisions with data analytics and market intelligence.
• Collaborate across channels to align merchandising with sales and customer needs.
