Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate new products based on quality, cost, and market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate pricing, lead times, and product availability.
• Monitor market conditions and price fluctuations to drive optimal buying decisions.
• Manage inventory across Stock and JIT categories, aligning with targets and supply needs.
• Set and update part numbers and pricing using SAP with accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to support purchasing activity.
• Maintain records of quotes, cost changes, and lead times.
• Provide insights to improve departmental systems and outcomes.
