• Create preseason sales, gross margin and inventory plans by division and department.
• Reconcile top-down to bottom-up plans and analyze actuals vs plans.
• Forecast in-season sales and inventories weekly/monthly/quarterly.
• Manage inventory from PO creation to receipt and reconciliation.
