Job summary

Boscov’s is seeking a Merchandise Allocator/Planner for the Men's Division to coordinate with the Merchants on buying office functions. You will develop strategies to maximize stock efficiency and drive sales, and partner with merchants on pre-season plans and quarterly forecasts.

Responsibilities include managing replenishment through model stocks and working with buyers to evaluate assortment performance for additions or deletions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience required.
• Retail allocation experience or equivalent retail experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Hyperion, Arthur Planning, and JDA.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong time management and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to maximize stock efficiency and drive sales.
• Partner with multiple merchants on pre-season plans and quarterly forecasts.
• Manage replenishment system through model stocks creation and maintenance.
