Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of Merchandising, Planning, Inventory, or related analytics experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with data modeling and pivot tables.
• Experience with BI/reporting platforms and translating requirements into reports.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to reconcile data and explain variances.
• Experience supporting enterprise systems, UAT, or system implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own analytical and operational support for vendor funding programs and monthly forecasts.
• Coordinate accruals, invoicing, reconciliations, and month-end processes with finance teams.
• Support JBP through vendor plans, targets, and performance tracking.
• Govern vendor terms, data requirements, and compliance programs.
• Develop reporting to improve visibility into vendor contribution and funding performance.
• Lead or support cross-functional initiatives to improve Merchandising Operations processes.
• Provide ad hoc analytics and decision support to Merchandising leadership.
