Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• 3+ years of Merchandising, Planning, Inventory, Vendor Operations, Analytics, or equivalent
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas, pivots, data modeling; familiarity with SQL/Access and BI reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Own analytical and operational support for vendor funding programs and reporting
• Coordinate accruals, invoicing, and month-end processes with cross-functional partners
• Support Joint Business Planning through data analysis and tracking of commitments
• Develop reporting to improve visibility into vendor contribution and funding performance
• Analyze store fulfillment, inventory, and assortment processes to optimize in-stock readiness and efficiency
• Lead or support cross-functional initiatives to improve Merchandising Operations processes and controls
