The Home Depot, Inc. seeks a Manager of Finance to provide comprehensive financial leadership and analysis to the functional management team.

This role will partner with finance leadership to drive metrics, control costs, and align initiatives with shareholder value creation. The position requires strong budgeting, strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration across Finance, HR, Real Estate, Operations, and Information Systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Provide total financial leadership, direction and analysis to the management team.
• Drive strategic planning and budgeting; monitor expenditures and budgetary goals.
• Lead and coordinate financial activities; ensure processes comply with policies.
