Job summary

The Home Depot seeks a Manager of Finance to provide total financial leadership, direction and analysis to the functional management team. You will help drive strategic metrics, control costs, and work with finance leadership to achieve business goals and shareholder value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years of work experience in finance or similar leadership roles.
• Experience leading finance functions and cross-functional collaboration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide total financial leadership, direction and analysis to the functional management team.
• Participate in budget preparation and monthly variance reviews to meet goals.
• Lead and coordinate work teams to perform financial functions efficiently and in compliance with policies.
• Drive key financial metrics for the function and improve processes.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication with Finance, HR, Real Estate, Operations and IS.
