Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years of work experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.

• Conduct financial planning for the function and provide recommendations.
• Leads, plans, and coordinates work in a cross-functional, metrics-driven manner to manage financial activities and ensure policy conformance.
• Drive key functional financial metrics.
• Project Management - Develops strategic alliances with business partners and facilitates cross-functional communication across Finance, HR, Real Estate, Operations, and IS.
