Job summary

Meta is seeking a Technical Sourcing Manager for Memory & Storage to serve as the lead contact with our supplier base and internal stakeholders. You will drive technology adoption, influence commercial terms, and optimize total cost of ownership across memory and storage components.

The role demands 8+ years of supply chain experience in data centers or cloud environments, plus strong negotiation and cross-functional leadership. MBA or engineering/Supply Chain advanced degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data center, cloud, or memory/storage supply chain.
• Experience influencing and building consensus with stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of DRAM, NAND/SSD, HDD tech and perform competitive analyses.
• Develop and refresh sourcing roadmaps for memory/storage tech.
• Influence supplier business models and roadmaps to meet Meta's requirements.
• Lead regular supplier business and executive reviews.
• Coordinate with internal Product Group sponsors to align requirements.
