Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience in meeting planning or event coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Cvent or similar event management platform is preferred.
  • Experience with event budgeting, reconciliation, and reporting is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 35% (including nights and weekends).

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of specialty meetings and events, including registration, travel coordination, hotel accommodations, AV needs, and F&B.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and partners through regular planning meetings; assist with agendas and action items.
  • Coordinate travel-related activities, expenses, reporting, and HCP spend tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and transfer of value reporting.
  • Utilize event management tools to manage registrations, travel requests, rooming lists, communications, reporting, and mobile apps.
  • Coordinate contracting and payment processes, ensuring timely execution and reporting.
  • Prepare and organize event materials and manage inventory and shipping.
  • Provide onsite support with registration, attendee assistance, venue coordination, and logistics.

Their solutions include patient population health management, patient engagement, clinical research, and workflow automation technologies to achieve Center of Excellence in Standards of Care, Clinical Research, Practice Operations, and Value-based Care.The **Meeting Planner, Specialty** **Programs** supports the planning and execution of meetings, events, and educational programs for Specialty Networks. This role partners closely with the Specialty Programs Meetings & Events team to coordinate attendee registration, travel, accommodations, venue logistics, speaker and healthcare professional (HCP) engagement, and onsite event operations.
