The role of Meeting Event Marketing Coordinator is based at our Arlington Heights, IL headquarters, requiring multi-tasking, strong planning, and creative writing across communications and events. The successful candidate will manage registrations, appointments, hotel room blocks, and displays, while coordinating with department leaders and vendors to support business

Qualifications

• Three or more years experience in meeting event planning and/or corporate communications.
• Ability to write creatively and succinctly for various channels.
• Strong organization, problem solving, and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute all aspects of meeting event planning including internal/external communications, registration, scheduling, hotel room blocks, materials, equipment, and displays rental.
• Facilitate communication between department leaders, key vendors, and meeting constituents.
• Plan, develop and execute marketing programs and corporate communications for internal and external audiences that support business growth.
