Job summary

AMCA International is seeking a Marketing & Events Specialist in Arlington Heights to support digital marketing initiatives, meetings, educational programs, and trade shows. You will work with the Director of Marketing, internal teams, and partners to coordinate campaigns, communications, registrations, logistics, and materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field preferred.
• Three (3) or more years of experience in marketing, digital communications, events, or a related area; association experience preferred.
• Experience creating and executing email and social media campaigns; HubSpot experience preferred.
• Experience managing website content through a content management system; Craft preferred.
• Experience with Cvent or a comparable registration platform preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Execute digital marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, the AMCA website, and other digital channels.
• Build, test, schedule, deploy, and report on email campaigns using HubSpot.
• Create and maintain website content, including landing pages, blogs, event pages, and program updates.
• Apply established SEO, accessibility, brand, and messaging standards to digital content.
• Schedule and publish LinkedIn content and monitor campaign engagement.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, workflows, approvals, and production timelines.
• Organize marketing assets, photography, graphics, templates, and digital content libraries.
• Support marketing automation, audience segmentation, campaign quality assurance, and performance reporting.
