Solution One Industries seeks a Logistics Manager to lead medical logistics and warehouse operations supporting Navy Medical Readiness. You will direct receiving, storage, inventory, distribution, and disposal of medical supplies and deployable assets, ensuring compliance with DoD and Navy guidelines.

The role requires extensive experience with DoD logistics systems (DMLSS/HIMS/GCSS), strong leadership, and a focus on readiness, accuracy, and customer service in a high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 10 years of progressive experience in medical logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or military logistics.
• Experience leading logistics personnel and operations (5+ years) in a government/healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DoD medical logistics policies, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical logistics and warehouse operations to ensure accurate, compliant execution of mission requirements.
• Develop logistics strategies, operational plans, and process improvements to enhance readiness.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory management, distribution, transportation, packaging, deployment, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment.
